Take your responsibility as a client seriously. If you are going to be very busy or on a travel during the design process, consider delaying the project until later or getting someone to manage it for you. Remember, if you delegate the decision-making to us, you are agreeing to live with those decisions. To avoid disappointments or unwelcome surprises, follow these guidelines:

• Minimize changes to your plan. Each part of the design will affect the whole and shall consume time and expenses.
  
  
• Consider carefully and make notes before you call us. Repeated calls are inefficient, expensive and can slow down the progress.
  
  
• Obtain necessary N.O.C. from respective authorities, society, local body, if any. We do not undertake any liaison work.
  
  
• Trust your gut. Avoid open end requests.
